We haven’t seen too much of Olivia Munn’azines Psylocke in the promo products for X-Men: Apocalypse — mostly simply brief flashes associated with her in the truck and a couple of pictures of Psylocke with Oscar Isaac’azines titular mutant baddie and Michael Fassbender’ohydrates Magneto. Munn took to Twitter to participate in in a Q&A with fans, where she teased a big combat sequence in the future film and exposed a new photo associated with her character.
Here’s the new look at Psylocke from Munn’s Twitter Q&Any:
Munn also confirms that we’lmost all see Psylocke use the girl “psychic weapons,” and in another video answer the actress explained a fight scene where she uses equally psionic blades, comparing her style to that regarding Wolverine’s. Hugh Jackman has rejected rumors that he’lmost all appear in the coming follow up, so don’t examine too much into which answer.
Most of the Q&A was spent answering silly questions similar to “pancakes or waffles?” as well as “what perfume does one wear?” but Munn ended up getting to speak a bit about the training she performed for X-Men: Apocalypse and did actually indicate that she features one major deal with scene in particular.
Munn’utes Psylocke will be one of Apocalypse’utes four horsemen, joining Fassbender’ersus Magneto, Alexandra Shipp’s Storm along with Ben Hardy’s Angel. Here’s the official synopsis:
Since this dawn of culture, he was worshipped as being a god. Apocalypse, the first and most robust mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, growing to be immortal and invincible.
Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the globe as he finds the idea and recruits a group of powerful mutants, together with a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to help cleanse mankind and make up a new world order, that he will reign. As the fate of the Earth dangles in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the aid of Professor X (Wayne McAvoy) must lead a group of young X-Men to prevent their greatest enemy and save humanity from complete destruction.
The sequel also features returning stars James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence and Rose Byrne, along with newcomers Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Lana Condor (Jubilee) and Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler). X-Men: Apocalypse strikes theaters on May 27.
