While we wait for one more trailer for Pixar’ohydrates long-awaited Finding Nemo sequel, these new Finding Dory posters are taking somewhat of a clever approach through asking you to find Dory — although the simple-minded little fish isn’t so good at camouflaging. The four posters characteristic the tagline “Maybe you’ve seen her?,” calling to mind the kind of absent pet posters you might see around town. Maybe Pixar should fit Dory’s face on the milk carton. (They can fork out me for that strategy later.)
You can read the new posters below, each of which is quite vivid and colorful, acquiring us back into the absolute depths of Pixar’s wonderful animated ocean for your upcoming adventure. Ellen DeGeneres reprises your ex role as Dory, your absent-minded and optimistic species of fish, who has been living a cheerful life with Nemo and also Marlin in the coral until a harrowing episode triggers vague recollections of her earlier and she suddenly sees herself drawn by nature to return home along with spawn.
DeGeneres is accompanied by fellow returning solid member Albert Brooks, along with Michael Shine, Idris Elba, Dominic West (a nice little reunion from The Wire), Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell and Ed O’Neill, using Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy seeing that Dory’s long-lost parents.
