X-Men: Apocalypse Is Filming inside 3D, Plus Look at Olivia Munn Showing Off Her Psylocke Abilities

Most of our updates in X-Men: Apocalypse have been coming from Instagram as of late, with director Bryan Vocalist providing set pictures and teasing out various characters as well as their stories (Storm’s origins, Angel hanging out in a Germany fight club). The most up-to-date updates from the fixed feature Olivia Munn practicing Psylocke’ohydrates sweet sword abilities, as well as confirmation that this film is taking pictures in 3D.

Via Slashfilm, a person that appears to be involved with Munn’ersus training on arranged posted a series of movies showing off the actress’ techniques:

One of the materials Munn appears to be holding can be a triangular weapon, very likely Psylocke’s psychic cutting knife — in the comics, this weapon channels all of her psychic power. You can also get a good look at her colorful sword in this photo:

In improvement, Singer posted this photo of ex- ‘NSYNC member J.Do. Chasez (yeah, I don’to know either) retaining the 3D photographic camera they’re using to help shoot X-Men: Apocalypse:

The upcoming follow up is set in the ‘80s and focuses primarily on the actual First Class cast, with Jennifer Lawrence, Eileen Fassbender, James McAvoy and Nicholas Hoult reprising their roles alongside newcomers Munn, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Alexandra Shipp, Ben Hardy along with Lana Condor. Oscar Isaac is taking on the role of the villainous Apocalypse, who may likely be the oldest — and most dangerous — mutant on the planet.

X-Men: Apocalypse hits theaters on May possibly 27, 2016.
