Predator Producer Says Geebet Blacks Sequel Will Reinvent the actual Franchise

Last year we noticed that Shane Dark-colored had signed through to write and direct a new Predator sequel, yet things have been pretty quiet since that news broke. Black color is currently working on a new western series intended for Amazon with Sam Dekker, his co-writer on the Predator challenge and the man behind scary classic The Monster Squad. If you’ve been curious about the status of the Predator sequel, the producer of the upcoming movie assures fans of which it’s still taking place, and you should get thrilled for it.

John Davis has been fully briefed the Predator franchise since the first film, where Black had a supporting role and also do quite a bit of work on this screenplay. In an interview with Collider, Davis spoke highly of Black:

Davis went on to explain which the sequel will escape expectations, and Dark is reinventing the franchise in a “fresh” way:

Shane’ohydrates got a writing associate, Fred Dekker. They’ve been recently doing it together and Fred’s great. Each of them together, they’ve held it’s place in the business for a long time, nevertheless the writing is so refreshing, the perspective is really fresh. I’m letting you know you’re going to get something you don’t expect along with you’re going to declare, ‘This is the most interesting way to reinvent a business.’ I mean he’s this guy who wrote Iron Man 3.

Black gives you quite the amazing resumé and has established themself as one of the most exciting along with entertaining screenwriters in the business. His past credits incorporate Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, The Past Boy Scout and The Lengthy Kiss Goodnight.

He recently draped production on their noir film The Wonderful Guys, starring Russell Crowe and Johnson Gosling.
