Broken Lizard Beerfest A digital Series in the Will work at The CW

The Broken Lizard officials of the Vermont State Members of the military will soon ride once again with the release of its Kickstarter-funded sequel, but the humor troupe’s Beerfest may also serve another glass before long. A new Beerfest series will be reportedly in the will work at The CW, but will Ruined Lizard itself possess any involvement?

According to Contract, digital network CW Seed starting has begun development of a fresh Beerfest series with Glowing blue Ribbon Content, Warner Bros’ shortform digital series production product. Original movie producer Billy Gerber will help develop the line for a 2016 launch, coinciding with the film’s ten-year anniversary, although the team itself isn’t exactly enthused using the idea:

For those unfamiliar, Busted Lizard member as well as star Jay Chandrasekhar aimed the original film, which usually followed two siblings (Paul Soter and Erik Stolhanske) since they travel to Oktoberfest and discover the centuries-old beer-drinking competition. The movie also featured the likes of Will probably Forte, Donald Sutherland and also Cloris Leachman, among others.

For the moment at the very least, it doesn’t looks as if the original team should have much involvement, but you can check out the authentic trailer below.
